Format of the Meeting • 15 minutes via Zoom • Intended for clients who are in the exploratory phase • All decision-makers must be present • Calls begin and end at the scheduled time; late arrivals shorten the session
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Consultations for Flowers by JoAnn require a small, non-refundable fee to ensure the appointment is held exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule once. Because this service is streamlined, cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows will require a new booking fee. IF WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE In the event we need to adjust your appointment due to production or delivery schedules, we will notify you promptly and offer the next available alternative.
